Mr. Roy is a seasoned construction executive with over three decades of experience leading commercial, hospitality, and multifamily developments across the United States. His career spans founding and scaling a commercial contracting firm to over $70 million in annual volume, and serving in executive leadership roles at top-tier development and construction companies. Over the course of his career, Mr. Roy has delivered projects totaling more than $3 billion in construction revenue, ranging from restaurants and entertainment venues to large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Wilson’s background is rooted in military service and business strategy. He began his career in Naval Special Warfare, serving as a Navy SEAL for over a decade. During his service, he facilitated training for SEAL platoons and engaged in complex operations across the Middle East.
After his military service, Mr. Wilson pursued dual graduate degrees at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University. He then joined Boston Consulting Group as a consultant, where he applied his analytical expertise and strategic mindset to deliver impactful business solutions.
Mr. Wilson has since taken an entrepreneurial path, leveraging his diverse experience to lead a construction management company.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, an MBA from The Wharton School, and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
