Totan Roy

Mr. Roy is a seasoned construction executive with over three decades of experience leading commercial, hospitality, and multifamily developments across the United States. His career spans founding and scaling a commercial contracting firm to over $70 million in annual volume, and serving in executive leadership roles at top-tier development and construction companies. Over the course of his career, Mr. Roy has delivered projects totaling more than $3 billion in construction revenue, ranging from restaurants and entertainment venues to large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Roy brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to managing complex projects. He has built and led high-performing teams, implemented enterprise-level systems to streamline vendor management and jobsite operations, and consistently delivered high-impact results through value engineering and schedule optimization.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Jose State University.
